NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF NEPHROLOGISTS (NANS)
This year, the annual gathering of Nephrologists from Nigeria and the Diaspora will be in the city of Maiduguri, Borno State.
Wait for it!! Maiduguri city is clean, quiet and secured. Inspite of all the bad news around Borno State and insecurity, life goes on at its peak in Maiduguri. I have been personally there twice; late 2025 and this January to see things for myself and kick-start plans for the Conference.

Xavier Communications Ltd, handled the 36th edition of the International Trade Fair in the dual capacity of Marketing and Event Consultant.
Given the successes posted, the Management of the Chamber is retaining our services again this year. It promises to be a better outing than that of the 36th edition.

In the 11th edition since it debuted, the annual gathering of NAPPMEDIANS shifts to Delta State this year.

National Summit and Exhibitions: Thursday 4th and Friday 5th June, 2026
Host City: Asaba

59TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF
SURGEONS, NIGERIA CHAPTER
THE 5TH ANNUAL MEETTING OF THE AFRICA HEPATOPANCREATOBILLIARY CANCER CONSORTIUM 2026
We worked with the Nigerian Team that made a successful bidding to Host this International Conference last year. Work is in progress to perfect and kick start preparations for the conference proper.
Dates: 11th to 15th August, 2026

ASSOCIATION OF RADIATION AND CLINICAL ONCOLOGISTS OF NIGERIA (ARCON)
This year’s edition, will be the 9th in the series of their annual meetings. It is tagged “TINCITY 2026”.

OPHTHALMOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF NIGERIA (OSN) – Probability
The society shall be holding their 51st Annual General Meeting and 50th Scientific Conference late August/early September.

SOUTH EAST POULTRY SUMMIT EXPO
Also known as the Eastern International Poultry Summit and Livestock Expo, the event has steadily been growing in content and form since we began working with the Organisers two years ago. The 2026 edition promises to live up to the billing.
Recommended for Industries that deal with drugs, feeds and the likes for Poultry.
Dates: Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th September.
Venue: the Amadeo Event Centre, Enugu City.
WEST AFRICAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS:
2026 ANNUAL REGIONAL CONFERENCE AND CELEBRATION OF WACP @ 50!!
Huge event in view!! A combination of the Regional Conference of the Physicians and Golden Jubilee Celebration of the group. Abuja the host city shall be taking care of about 3,000 members of the association that will be coming for the Conference and mostly, to join in celebrating the milestone 50 years of the group.
Dates: 26th to 28th October, 2026

NIGERIAN CARDIAC SOCIETY
The NCS AGM/SC returns to Lagos after the last one held in Abuja last year.

ASSOCIATION OF RADIOGRAPHERS OF NIGERIA
Their 58th Annual Conference/Scientific Workshop returns to Abuja after Lagos hosted the 57th edition.

NIGERIAN ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATION (NOA)– Probability
The 49th Annual Scientific Conference and General Meeting for this year, returns to Abuja.
Dates: Late November. Particular dates to be announced.

NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS CONFERENCE – Probability
From the stables of the STOP TB PARTNERSHIP NIGERIA, the National TB Conference which holds bi-annually is due this year.
