We handle the Marketing of conferences/workshops, seeking for sponsorship of various legs of the conferences/workshops and in some cases, particular platforms in the mix.
Since 2010 when we launched out in this area, we have consistently delivered for the underlisted prominent Medical Associations in the country; moving around the country and working with different Local Organising Committees:

PEADIATRICS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (PAN)
We will be opening the year 2025 as usual, with the Conference of Nigerian Paediatricians (PANconf). We are already in the public space with Sponsorship, Branding and General Participation document for this Conference that will always have over 700 Paediatricians in attendance. NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF NEPHROLOGISTS (NANS)
Just as we are finishing with the Paediatricians, we shall be getting ready to host participants of the Nigerian Association of Nephrology (NANConf).
The 2025 edition is their 37TH and will have in attendance, Professionals, Scholars, Clinicians, Researchers, Technicians and Non-Governmental Organisations, Industry Experts etc.
Dates: 20th to 21st February, 2025
Venue: Abuja Continental Hotel, Abuja.
The Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (ECCIMA) is organizing the renowned Enugu International Trade Fair, to offer valuable data, and industry insights, and provide platforms for Business, Networking, Education, and Interactions.
ECCIMA’s extensive global network and connections with government authorities ensure members have access to international business opportunities and are well-represented.
NIGERIAN HYPERTENSION SOCIETY (NHS)
We then come with Hypertension….no, not the ailment but the Conference!!
We were in Lagos last year but shall return to Abuja for the 2025 edition.

NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF PATENT AND PROPRIETARY MEDICINE DEALERS (NAPPMED)
Take a deep breath please!!
We have since put the disappointment of Kano last year behind us. We are looking at the 2025 edition with great optimism. Why not!! It is the 10th Edition of the National Rally and Summit of this great Association. Anambra holds the promise of being the best in the series and the entire South Eastern States are in a united front to make this 10th
Edition a great showcase. Don’t wait to be there!!!

HOSPLAB INTERNATIONAL FAIR
This unique offering from the stables of Xavier Communications Ltd, is coming back on stream after a strategic break.
It is put together for Industries playing majorly in the Hospital and Laboratory spheres. Usually, it comes with exhibition and Lectures/Exchanges by experts in the fields.
We are going to partner with very key groups (Associations/Industries) in the related field and there will be a Faculty of Speakers that will deliver on very topical issues around the core areas.
Dates: Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th July
Venue: Welcome Centre Hotel, Airport Road, Ikeja Lagos.
NIGERIA SOCIETY FOR HAEMATOLOGY AND BLOOD TRANSFUSION-Probability
We are in talks with the LOC and shall update once done.
Dates: Early August.
Venue: Jos, Plateau State.
UNIVERSITY OF PORT HARCOURT TEACHING HOSPITAL
The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital shall be holding activities to mark her 45th Founders’ Day. From the plans, it will be a whole week of various activities.
Watch out for details soon as they unfold.
Dates: Late August.
Venue: University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
OPHTHAMOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF NIGERIA
The 50th AGM and 49th Scientific Conference of the Association will be up this year and expectations is that activities of the Conference will be scaled up to clearly celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the Association.
Dates: Late August/Early September.
Venue: Kano. Exact Conference venue to be determined
WSOUTH EAST POULTRY SUMMIT EXPO
Known as the biggest Poultry/Livestock show East of the Niger, the South East Poultry Summit and Expo is a two days
showcase of Poultry/Livestock not just in the South East but nationally. The 2024 edition had Industries in the sphere
storm Enugu from across the Country. Same is expected in this year’s edition.
It is mainly an exhibition event with some Plenary sessions on the sidelines.
Dates: 9th and 10th September.
Venue: the Amadeo Event Centre, Enugu.
ASSOCIATION OF RADIATION ONCOLOGISTS OF NIGERIA (ARCON)
We have been engaged for the ARCON 2025 Conference.
Dates: Early September.
Venue: Port Harcourt. Actual dates and venue shall unveil….
NIGERIAN CARDIAC SOCIETY
This year’s Conference of the Nigerian Cardiologists shall be an International one as their Annual Conference will come with the hosting of PASCAR; an Organization of Physicians from across Africa involved in the prevention and treatment of Cardiovascular disease.
Doubtless, it is a huge gathering in view and the Local Organising Committee is already in place, working with a view to delivering a most successful Conference of International Standard.
Dates: 15th to 19th September
Venue: Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.
NIGERIAN ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATION (NOA)
The Association’s 48th Annual Scientific Conference and General Meeting for this year, is expected to be much bigger and better than that of Enugu last year. The Enugu 2024 edition got all the credits for being the best organised and delivered Meeting of the Association in their series.
The 2025 LOC is already gearing up to break the record and Xavier Communications Limited which worked so closely with the Enugu Team to achieve the feat is just so glad to be in the reckoning of the 2025 LOC in terms of working with them.
Dates: November ending.
Venue: Ibadan. Actual venue to be announced by the LOC.
